Torchy’s Taco of the Month February 2017

Ahoy mateys, this one’s for you. Fan favorite, The Scallywag, is making the rounds again, and it’s a catch. You may remember this bad boy from years past, or even as an ACL menu mainstay. Either way, he’s certainly a treasure. Come and get your ARGH on!

It’s a parrrty in your mouth:
Tender coconut-battered shrimp, bacon, green chiles, shredded cheese, and pickled onions, topped with homemade Habanero Peach Jam and cilantro. Served on a flour tortilla.

*Available February 1st – February 28th 2017 at participating Torchy’s Tacos locations.

The Roscoe is back baby! Say hello to the dopest California-Texas mashup you’ve ever tasted. This Taco of the Month is our love letter to California’s own Roscoe’s House of Chicken & Waffles.

It’s hard to beat perfection, but when you combine a crispy waffle, a fried egg, fried chicken, a slice of bacon with syrup on a flour tortilla, you’ve got yourself a Damn Good masterpiece… but don’t just take our word for it!

The Vagabond doesn’t know where it’s from or where it’s going, besides in your mouth. It conjures magical flavors from the 4 corners of the earth, neatly packed together on a flour tortilla giving you a taco you didn’t know you desperately wanted to meet. Quirky, street-inspired, well-traveled… that’s how The Vagabond rolls!

Konnichiwa, taco junkies! May’s Taco of the Month comes all the way from the far east to titillate your taste buds. That’s right, we’re coming at you fast and furious with the Tokyo Drifter.

Fried wonton square, Teriyaki BBQ pulled pork with Sweet and Sour veggie slaw, sesame Sriracha mayo, and cilantro. Served on a flour tortilla.

Dust off those studded leather jackets and fingerless moto gloves, ‘cause there’s nothing more rock and roll than June’s Taco of the Month: The Rebel Yell. It’s a head-banging chaos of flavor that’ll leave even the most seasoned taco junkies with whiplash. In a good way.

Grilled shrimp on a bed of cooked cabbage slaw with chopped bacon, grilled pineapple, jack cheese, guajillo and garlic fried onion straws, BBQ sauce, cilantro, and a drizzle of Chipotle Ranch. Served on a flour tortilla.
